Monitoring C. Operational Review
- At least annually (as part of the annual Operating Budget review process), the City may conduct an onsite operational review of the Co-op's compliance with statutory requirements and the terms of this Agreement.
- The City will provide the Co-op with at least 45 days written notice of such an operational review and will provide the Co-op the requirements for such review (e.g., collecting relevant written policies and procedures, collecting licenses and inspection reports).
