Decisions

• Draw for monthly co-op star award vouchers
  Winners: Jacob (star) Brianne (nominator). Thanks to organizers of events this month!

 Discussions

• Star Award: Not as much participation as we used to see.  Ideas for revitalizing it include: big poster in the calendar, more FB posts, talking to people.  Also, could decide to run every couple months, or intersperse with a different community building idea.  Jenny considering.  April to send Jenny a link to a Canva template for reporting on the star awards

• Reviewed and reported on action items from the May meeting

  • Emailing Francesca re: list of things she does --> Cancel this action.  We can ask as needed.
  • Lerin to ask Francesca for template for kid art for events calendar
  • Contacting previous & prospective events coordinators:
    • Courtyard Campout: April contacted previous coordinators, but neither is interested this year.  A call has been put out for a champion for this event, but there is no response, so it may just not happen this year.  
    • Summer BBQ: Patries is considering
    • Sunday Spirits: April to take on for summer
    • Catapult Competition: No word back.

• Upcoming Events

  • Sunday Spirits (April, Sun July 14)

  • Cookie Social (Rex, Tues July 16).  Rex looking into JJ bean cookies & bubbly water to make it extra special.  April to make a poster.

• Potential events

  • Smores Night, with portable campfire - Jenny considering for August

  • Movie Night.  Rex considering for the fall.  There are more school aged kids now, but younger kids were always more regular attendees at movie nights, so a gentle movie is a good idea.  Possible choices: Inside out 2, Despicable me 4.
