• Winter solstice (Erin to look into what this entails)

• Holiday Market (Dec 8?)

• Tree decorating

• April to print new tags for breezeway/hallway giveaway and leave in lobby

• April to email office to send out information on hallway/breezeway giveaway

• April to email Rex re: joint cookie social/membership committee for December

• April to look into migrating old Events Committee documents 

• Marisol to post on FB to get volunteers for decorating lobby for Christmas on either Nov 30 or Dec 1

• Lerin to email Terry regarding movie night

• Lerin to email Misbah to create a sign out sheet (Events Committee members only can sign it out on the weekdays but Board members only on the weekends)

• Lerin to send kid art to April 

• Lerin to request for the office to let her know when Events Committee receipts are given directly to the office

• Tehya to provide April with her personal paid Canva subscription

• Tehya to make the coop holiday cards for coop staff member
