• Reviewed and reported on action items from the November meeting

• AV media gear has been purchased and set up

• Thank You’s this month

  • Celise for the mural event organizing

• Committee will be using email to communicate to coop members about events going forward (Kush to forward Events Committee to the entire coop) 

• Upcoming Events

  • Easter Egg hunt - Jordan's hosting

  • Egg Drop - good to go

  • Hallway giveaway/cleanup/junk removal/power washing (pending final approval):

  • Common Area Clean up Sat, April 13

  • Hallway Giveaway Sun, April 14

  • Junk removal, Monday, April 15

  • Power wash between April 22 and May 3

  • Open door tour - Jenna, Linda G. will vote on a date around April

  • Photographer for group photo June 1st?

  • Asked for a cookie quote for June 1st.

  • Go By Bike Week Spring from June 3-9, 2024

  • Yard sale - Lerin to look into this (possibly in the summer)

  Action Items:

• Lerin to look into putting an Events committee board above the heater near the west/courtyard entrance

• Francesca to ask for a camera for the coop photo if we cannot find a photographer

• Lerin to check with Celise re: receipts for mural

• Francesca to include using email for Events Committee communication in her next member call out
