Decisions

• Draw for monthly co-op star award vouchers

• No draw this month because there are only 2 thank-yous. Will skip this month.

 Discussions

• April to update meeting minutes on Igloo? 

• AED machine - The office would like the EC to organize an event teaching the co-op kids how to use the AED and also reinforce the idea that it is a medical device that should only be used in emergencies. They have collected quotes from different organizations but need someone to organize the event.

  • Put the call on FB to see who wants to organize the training event

• Upcoming Events

  • Common Area Clean Up (Saturday, April 5th - ten)

  • Hallway giveaway (Sunday, April 6th - ten)

  • Junk removal  (April 7th and 8th - ten) 

  • Power washing (emailed Misbah - waiting on reply) They will be powerwashing the decks sometime in April. They are currently collecting quotes from different companies.

    • Should be fine to do junk removal in preparation for power washing

  • Easter Egg hunt - needs a host, and budget (April 18-21) Need volunteers and to be posted in March

    • Egg drop - needs a host and budget (April 18-21) Need volunteers and posted in March

      • April will check in Canva for the graphic for these

      • Lerin will post on FB to see if someone wants to host it

      • Last year, Shane judged and Pouneh dropped the eggs

      • This year, Jordan will do the egg hunt with the older kids

      • When is the egg drop? Lerin will look for the dates from last year 

      • Lerin will ask Jenna and Madalena if they want to organize the small kids’ egg hunt and ask Shane if he wants to judge the drop

    • Open door (Jenna to determine date and will get back to Lerin)

    • Movie night (Spoke with Terry and he is going to take a look and see what makes sense as far as planning. Sounds like he’ll do a movie night)

    • Cookie socials (Rex to continue monthly cookie socials)

    • Group photo - need a photographer. Cookies or cake? June

    • Go By Bike Week - date TBD

  • Lerin will clean up the list on FB

  • Next EC meeting on April 8

  Action Items:

• April to update meeting minutes on Igloo before April 8th

• Lerin will put a request out to members regarding AED presentation, for adults so parents can pass the information onto kids

• Someone to post on FB about egg drop and easter egg hunt with a cute graphic

• Lerin to email Misbah and Joy with confirmed dates for cleanup and junk removal - (after EC meeting)

• Lerin to ask for more kid art - texted the AVC Littles. Should we put it out to the wider community?

• Lerin to finish cleaning up lists on Facebook!
