  • Junk removal and power washing (Lerin) (Sept- oct 2025 in conjunction with our neighbours)

  • Open Door tour (Lerin) (Jenna open to this)

  • Movie Night (Lerin) (Terry on board but would like more details)

  • Cookie socials (April)

  • Common Area Clean-up/Laundry clean up (April 5th)

  • Power washing

    • Apr/May regular junk removal with co-op common area power wash.

    • Sept parkade power wash with Strata with Oct/ Nov being the second junk removal.

  • Easter Egg hunt - needs a host, and budget (post in March)

  • Egg drop - needs a host and budget (post in March)

  • Cookie socials - Rex will continue with cookie socials and April checks with him for any future dates

  • Movie Nights - Terry to determine dates and movie choices

  • Group photo - need a photographer. Cookies or cake?

  • Open Door Tour  (Jenna to determine date)

  • Other Vancouver coops visit AVC coop

  • Yard sale - Lerin to look into this (possibly in the summer)?
