Audrey, unit 153, made these Brown Butter Oatmeal Cookies with chocolate mini-eggs.

Liam, unit 407, made these Nordic Cinnamon Buns.

Alix, unit 418, made this crème vanille et son coulis de caramel / vanille flan with liquid caramel, and she's happy to translate the recipe for you.

Jenny, unit 210, made these Black Bean Flourless Brownies:
Ingredients:
- 1 can rinsed black beans
- 3 eggs
- 3-4 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
Method:
- Preheat oven to a hot 350F
- Grease 9”x”9 or smaller cake pan with butter.
- Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into pan, smooth out with a spatula and bake for 40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
- Optional: sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips across the top. Put back in the warm oven to melt. Take out and spread melted chocolate with a spatula and let cool.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

Pouneh, unit 211, made this vegan banana bread
Vegan banana bread
3 ripened bananas
1/3 C granulated sugar
1/3 C brown sugar
(I only use 1/2 C brown sugar,sweet enough for us)
1/3 C vegetable oil
2tsp vanilla extract
2C all purpose flour
( I use 1 cup white and one cup spelt flour)
1 tsp backing soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
optional:
1 C walnut or chocolate chips
Mash bananas , add sugar, vanilla and oil, mix well
Combine dry ingredients with wet mixture, pour to a greased pan ( for vegan i rather use a backing tray) bake on 350 F for about half an hour.
