Before this draft policy is submitted to our lawyers for their review, we wanted to share it with you, the members, so that we can respond to your questions and comments. Please email AVCpolicycommittee@gmail.com with your feedback by Monday, July 13. After we receive your feedback, we will submit the draft policy to our lawyers and then the final version will be submitted to the Board for its approval (ideally this summer).
Thank you for your patience through this whole process.
Sincerely,
The AVC Policy Committee
