Location: Virtual meeting (those who cannot join virtually, a small number of people can attend in the lobby.

The purpose of the meeting is to conduct the following business:

1. Report of the directors
2. Auditor’s report and audited financial statements
3. Appointment of auditor for the next fiscal year
4. Election of the directors
5. Member forum – get to know your members  

A detailed agenda will be circulated in advance of the meeting along with the auditor’s report and audited financial statements for the year ending September 30, 2020 plus the minutes from the preceding general meeting.
