Dear Members,

An update on the main gate, we are still waiting for the part to arrive. In the meantime, we've locked the door between the visitor area and our parking lot. You can use your building key to get in. We're hoping that this will stop any break-ins from happening. 

Office Closure: Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, COHO management has made the difficult decision to not have any coordinator on site. This is to ensure the safety of everyone. Maintenance and custodian services will be limited to common areas only during this time. Tanya and I will be available via email from 9 am-4 pm.

Please note that there have been some issues with the office phone. If you call the office and you get a busy signal, please call again and leave a voicemail. Once the office reopens, I will get back to you. For any other matter, you can always reach me or Tanya via email.
