Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a great weekend. Just a few building updates.

Elevators: As you know one elevator has been down. The last update we received from the City Elevator was that new parts will need to be ordered and it will take up to 4 weeks for the new part to arrive. We are just waiting for the parts to arrive. 

Buzzer:  One of the intercoms is currently Out of service until Friday. The screen needs to be completely replaced. If you have any visitors, please let them know to use the intercom facing 1^stAve.

Cap Mat: Cap Mat inspections were not completed for last year due to COVID restrictions. However, as we are moving into the colder months, if you have any heating issues please submit a work order and a technician will be scheduled.
