Attention Members of Athletes Village Housing Co-Op

Between Dec 9^th – Dec 20th, 2019 there will be painting in the common areas this includes the laundry room, lobby walls, hallways and doors that access stairwells, janitorial and electrical rooms. There will be wet paint notices posted in the elevator and on the floor that is being painted when the painting stage of the job starts for that particular hallway. Before that time you may see mud repairs on walls please try not to bump into any corners if you see any repairs on them. And also please be careful when you see wet paint signs, the paint should dry fairly quickly.
