Dear Members:

Attached please find a letter re the upcoming increase in maximum [market] housing charges.

If you pay the maximum rate housing charge  by monthly automatic withdrawal [PAD], we will update your withdrawal for Oct. 1 onward using the new rates.  If you pay via cheque, we will contact you individually.

Note:  if you pay below market housing charges, these rates do not apply to you.
