Dear neighbours,

 We know you have increasing concerns related to the garage door that has been open now for several weeks and that a number of members’ vehicles have been targeted for theft. Please know that the AVC Board is aware of this issue and we are looking into solutions.

 Our current status is that we have been waiting on a part for the gate, which is supposed to arrive next week. We are following up with COHO Management on the repair timeline and looking into short-term and longer-term solutions.

 Please follow these precautions while we work to solve this serious concern:

·  Do not leave any items in your vehicles

·  Be aware of your surroundings when using the parkade, bike rooms, or garbage room

Please do not hesitate to send an email to COHO at info@athletesvillagecoop.com (including a note saying “for Board attention” if you think it merits this) to report incidents or if you have concerns about this or any other issue.
