Dear AVC Members,

We would like to give you an update on the status of the draft AVC Corridors Policy. 

The Cooperators Insurance approved the attached draft policy. If adopted by the Board, this policy would allow for some items within unit door setbacks. Below is a summary. Please look at section 2.0 Permitted Items in the attached policy for more detail:

• Interior carpeted hallways: small door mats, wall art, temporary deliveries are permitted within the unit door setback. See image below.
