Family Movie night is held once a month, usually on the third Saturday of the month.

Here are the movies we've shown in the past.

Saturday, Jan 18, 6pm, Common Room. Family Movie Night: Dora and the Lost City of Gold.
Wear jammies, bring popcorn. Children under 8 accompanied by an adult, please.

Notes for Hosts

This is an easy event to host!

At the beginning of the month: 

• Pick and obtain the movie (can be on DVD, Blu-Ray, Netflix, rented from Google Play, or iTunes.
• Make a poster for the lift.

On the night of the event:

• Set up the projector, speaker, and device to play the movie (DVD/Blu-Ray player or iPad available, or bring your own device.)
• Play the movie.
• Help clean up the popcorn mess afterwards - the movie night regulars are very, very good at cleaning up.

In the past we have attempted to hold adult and big kid movie nights, but they have not been well attended. This is something we may consider doing occasionally.
