• Looking for a new treasurer

• Winter Solstice - we may be able to do this on the west side of the building (neighbours facing courtyard can come out on their balconies or breezeways and those on the other sides of the building can come out socially distance in the gardens)

• Weekly challenge suggestion: holiday or comfort foods/favorite book to read

• Secret Santa is currently in progress and organized by Jennifer Woodruff

• Lobby decorating work crew was organized by Caitlyn Cooper

• Toy exchange is being done online

• For weekly challenge, we should be doing a monthly home improvement, media recommendation, monthly food suggestion, and random suggestion

• Emailed Vancouver Trivia people for quote $250+gst for one night event (Emily suggested it be done between Christmas and New Years, Francesca suggested mid-January/early Feb)

• Kids crafting - Liam suggested bath bombs, Francesca checked Collage Collage and 4Cats but they do not in-person classes (Liam suggested contacting Claire

• Cole suggested Jackbox party pack for video gaming, costs $27.99 (one-time fee).  Francesca can purchase this and someone will need to host and others can join using their personal device.  The login can be shared so different people can host at different times.

• Mikaela suggested Kahoot as a quiz/game activity

• Francesca checked with Board if they can buy a Canva account for the events committee

• Winter Solstice - we can ask neighbours to make lights and noisemakers and present them after the 6:30 caroling
