• Talent show - will need to put off the talent show until we can do this live.  There are too many members who do not feel comfortable with uploading videos on Youtube.
• Draw for monthly co-op star award vouchers

Discussions

• Reviewed and reported on actions from the previous meeting
• Pooneh will help distributeand sourcing supplies for creating murals
• Kristie will be doing photo composite for group member  photos
• Draw for co-op star award - at the time of the draw there were  597 views on the website
• Francesca purchased LD gift card to reimburse committee printing costs, will track pages at $0.30/page.
• We will offer winners of the contests  a choice between $20 GC to London Drugs, JJ Bean and Skip the Dishes.
• No  updates to the lift signs
• Take down sign for floor buddies until there is the next wave of COVID-19

• All receipts due by next meeting - need to check with book club
• Meet in the garden next month - Zoom works better team members

• Pooneh to look into distributing and sourcing supplies for creating murals
• Kristie to write up something to remind members who lend and borrow board games to quarantine them for three days after they receive the board game.
• Francesca to check with Emily about board games

• Liam to think about organizing something for each side of the building (like a best chant contest)
