• Reviewed and reported on action items from the previous meeting

• Thank you’s for events in the last month

  • Aug/Sept - movie night?

• Kids book club will extend their literary deadline for another month

• Movie night - possibly end of summer. Location:TBD. Equipment needs? Where would the equipment be stored?

• Mural - may happen this year. Could create a sign-up sheet with paints and then deliver the canvases to each family. Current murals would need to be moved.

• Decided not pursue Zoom pizza party due to new COVID recommendations/re-opening. Kids are most likely Zoomed out.

• Volunteer appreciation day - consider celebrating volunteers with a cake or some type of commemoration.

• Reviewed the idea of a photo scavenger hunt and are not going to pursue it.

  Action Items:

• Emily to talk to parents and daycares on what they need done for the playground 

• Emily and Lerin to edit the clothes in the common room

• Francesca to look into getting the safe removed

• Francesca to contact board regarding piano use

• Lerin and April will look into resorting the books in the common room. April will pose the question to the coop on if they use the book deposits from VPL

• Marisol to go through action items for the common room cleanup

• Research group campsites for COOP to book for 2022. Consider proximity and size of group campsite.

• Lerin to post question about abandoned dishwasher in common room on Facebook

• Lerin to look into how to get members interested in quiz night to pay for the event (via e-transfer?)
