  • ARC display March 14-28th-ish (Will have larger scale version of this.) We'll need to explain it, and monitor it.

  • Egg Drop on Easter Monday - Shane (will ask for other volunteers)

  • The Dragon team have another treasure hunt for spring break, they'll deliver to each door with a school-aged kid this Sunday/Monday, put copies in the lobby, and give me a file to post online. They would like $50 for prizes, but probably won't use it all up - only 12 kids claimed their prize last year.

• Jordan is now our committee liaison for the Board

• Group Campsite booking for a weekend in 2022 (Alice Lake? Need to pick a date and book ASAP)

• April and Lerin will look into resorting the books in the common room and will pose the question to the coop on if they use the book deposits from VPL

• Lerin will take pictures of toys and send to Emily to post for giveaway

• Emily to call out for volunteer(s) for the Easter egg hunt

• Francesca to check with Kim regarding the playground

• Francesca to email Allen to move the date of the junk removal

• Everyone think of ideas for the coop birthday celebration

• Francesca to ask on Facebook if any of the lawyers in the coop can advise committee on whether we can serve alcohol for events
