• $60 given to bike committee for the hot chocolate for Bike the Night

• Francesca has put up sign for people to clean up the kitchen and bring all of their plates and cutlery home after their events

• Upcoming Events

  • Spring Break treasure hunt (budget for prizes please - 14 kids last time) Yes to $25

  • Egg hunt

  • Egg drop - yes to $60 for egg drop

  • Kahoot Night (an hour to hour and half game night) - 1 or 2 quizzes about the co-op and neighbourhood.  Whoever wins can pick their special.  Liam is requesting $60 for snacks - Yes to $60.  A projector needs to be sourced.

  Action Items:

• Francesca to ask Caitlyn about the mosquitoes at the campsites

• Francesca to ask Peter about organising the Easter egg hunt.  No budget needed as participating families supply a share of treats.

• Francesca to check if Shane would like to continue running egg drop

• Francesca to talk to Board about the projector
