ACTIONS:

• Francesca to check in with Jenny Alan about common room checklist -
• Francesca will look for a host for the first aid course -
• Kristie will talk to Sarah about music performances and a potential choir -
• Peter will fix Co-op picture that has fallen down in the lobby -
• Francesca will schedule an event to update the mural -
• The Events Committee will be on the lookout for the next clothing swap and tell the organizer to please re-label bins with the Events Committee label maker (which Francesca has) -
• Francesca will create a seasonal clean up list -
• Francesca will talk to Andrea about Rock Band Night -
• The Events Committee wants their map back if the laundry committee wants to take it down -
• July minutes approved by Julie and Kristie -
• Julie offer the Book Club a $20 dollar monthly budget for snacks (as soon as the amount is approved by Kristie from the overall budget) -
• Francesca will keep in touch with Dee to make sure that the junk removal day corresponds with the seasonal clean up -
• Skating Party is approved for next year and the events committee is open to suggestions to improve attendance. One idea is for the event to be held in November or January rather than December. -
• Kristie is going to make a how to use the AV equipment sheet and laminate it at UPS and put it with the projector

UPCOMING EVENTS:

• Emily wants to host a bike parade in May. She will connect with the Bike Committee to invite them to do the maintenance event at the same time. A $50 budget is approved for this event. -
• Francesca is going to talk to attendees at the Craft Exchange about having a month craft night. -
• February cookie social is on February 6th and it will be Lunar New Year themed event hosted by Marlene -
• Marlene is hosting the Easter Egg Hunt on April 1st
• 
  
• Julie will check in with the Sustainability Committee to see if they want to do an Earth Day event on April 22nd -
• Co-op Birthday celebrations -> what collaborative art project can we do -
• Julie will investigate photo project -
• Kristie will investigate germ science project -
• Kristie will host recital if a Co-op piano appears. She would like 4 months notice to plan the event. -
• Francesca to pass suggestions on to Lindsay about older kids activities/space to hang out -
• Kristie will write a sign to advertise Ping Pong Master position and put it on the Ping Pong Table
