AV Co-op Events Committee Meeting Tuesday January 23, 2019

ACTIONS:

- Cole will investigate the Facebook problem and see if there are other solutions for communication by talking to the board, and other committees - Francesca is going to try to hold more events committee meetings - Francesca is going to let people know that certain events might not happen if people don’t volunteer for them - Francesca will organize the updating of the mural - Kristie will talk to the laundry committee about possible large crossword puzzle for laundry room that Francesca will send the information about purchasing - Kristie will look into whether the events committee can get a copy card from the UPS store - Francesca is going to talk to Dee to whether there is a way to make the process for getting money reimbursed for events easier - Deb is going to look into organizing a kid’s entrepreneurial event - Francesca is going to add the Bike Parade to the spreadsheet

- Valentine’s Day card exchange - Easter Event (still needs a host) - Co-op Birthday Event - Bike Parade in May (hosted by Emily)

- Family movie night - Easter Event - The Gifting Room - Clothing Swap - Adult or Family Craft Sessions - Pub Night - Floor Party - Equipment for older kids (such as a foosball table) - Photo Booth night
