The Bike Committee is contemplating hosting a mobile bike repair company (Velofix) in the parking garage at some point over the next two weeks and would like to gauge member interest.

Dear AVC Members,

We would like to give you an update on the status of the draft AVC Corridors Policy. 

The Cooperators Insurance approved the attached draft policy. If adopted by the Board, this policy would allow for some items within unit door setbacks. Below is a summary. Please look at section 2.0 Permitted Items in the attached policy for more detail:

• Interior carpeted hallways: small door mats, wall art, temporary deliveries are permitted within the unit door setback. See image below.

It's time to update the lobby mural - but this time, we can't get
together and have painting parties. We need to adapt our 2020 Mural
Updating to accommodate people social distancing. Please complete this
survey to help us make a plan and determine what supplies to purchase!
