Happy Friday! Just a quick update on the elevator. The parts have arrived and the technician is scheduled to be onsite for the installation on February 22^nd.

Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a great weekend. Just a few building updates.

Elevators: As you know one elevator has been down. The last update we received from the City Elevator was that new parts will need to be ordered and it will take up to 4 weeks for the new part to arrive. We are just waiting for the parts to arrive.

Dear Members,

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year in advance. This has been an unprecedented year filled with a lot of uncertainty but through it all, I must say that I truly enjoy working with everyone here. As we are signing off for the holidays, I hope everyone will have a safe and wonderful time with those close to you.

The junk removal has been scheduled for November 20^th. Please put any unwanted items down in the designated area in the parkade. Starting November 9^th, 2020.

The area is in the back corner of our main parkade. It is right by stairwell #4, and parking stall 75 and 90. This is right by the motorcycle parking. Dear Members,

In regards to the notice about the elevator maintenance, I just wanted to inform you all that this has been changed.  Only 1 elevator will be out of service at a time. The maintenance will be taking place November 10, 2020 between 8am-3pm. Please note that there will only be 1 elevator during these times.
