Note: Under the Occupancy Agreement, “The Member shall not make or permit any structural alterations, changes or additions in or to the Unit, or any alterations, changes or additions in or to the exterior of the Development or any building or structure forming a part thereof, or any part of the interior thereof, except with the prior written consent of the Directors.” (Section 10)
